December has been a busy month at Willow, and the team are excited to bring you the final Construction and Sales update for 2023. In Stage 15, we are pleased to announce that Settlements have taken place.

Take a 20-minute journey from Willow on Saturday 9th of December to experience the captivating Hanging Rock Craft and Food Market. Situated amongst the stunning Hanging Rock, the market offers a great range of arts, crafts, and gourmet food.

It’s been another action-packed month for the Willow team, with works progressing smoothly on the stages under construction and more exciting project milestones achieved! We’re pleased to share that we recently achieved Statement of Compliance and Title Registration in Stage 15.

Get ready to enjoy a movie under the stars at ID_Land’s Moonlight Cinema event on Friday, December 15! It’s the perfect opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, connect with neighbours, and indulge in a night of family-friendly entertainment.

Open seven days a week, Gisborne Bakery Café, a local favourite is the perfect spot for a quick bite, lunch, dessert, or coffee. Not only is the food amazing, but the space is also perfect for a cosy casual catch-up.

Construction is in full swing at Willow, and September has been another successful month. Following achieving SOC on Stage 14 in August, Settlements for residents on the 6th of September 2023.

It has been an action-packed month at Willow, with the team successfully achieving Statement of Compliance (SOC) in Stage 12, and settlements scheduled for this month! In Stage 14, Authority compliance testing is imminent from achieving SOC.
